These Terms, along with other policies, are legally binding as per the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 established under the Information Technology Act of 2000.
1. Orders, Payments, and Delivery

1.2 The course is accessible for a lifetime, allowing you to view it as often and for as long as you desire.
1.3 Recorded courses do not include one-on-one interactions with Madhav, unless as part of monthly QnA classes.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
All courses are backed by a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. At any time within these 14 days, you can request a refund by emailing [email protected]. Once processed, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business working days.
